SUPER☆GiRLS Ozawa Runa announces graduation

SUPER☆GiRLS member Ozawa Runa (15) wrote on her blog on January 31st that she will be graduating from the group effective immediately.

In December, due to poor physical condition, she went on hiatus and all idol activities were halted.

Runa wrote, “During my hiatus, I was talking with my manager over and over again about wanting to work harder but I felt I didn’t have the confidence.  I did not want to cause any further problems, so I decided to make the decision.  I apologize for my fans who waited for my return.  I’m very sorry.  Since four years when I joined, I was able to make my dream come true.  I was very happy.  After joining SUPER☆GiRLS about a year and a half ago, I was able to step on the stage and I experienced many things.”

Runa also wrote, “I was very happy to have the opportunity to become a  SUPER☆GiRLS and as a street-sei trainee.  Thank you for supporting me and everyone in the staff for consulting and being gentle with me and also to all the members.  Thank you for supporting me.  I am very thankful to all my fans.”

As for what lies in the future for Runa, she wrote, “From now on, once away from the entertainment industry, I will concentrate on my dream.  I never gave up my dream of becoming an actress, so I still want to be able to work in the entertainment world.  I will try my hardest”.
