Hirubura episode from Ishikawa-Kanazawa City canceled due to Heavy Snow

NHK’s “Hirubura” is a variety show that does a live program from different areas around Japan.

But for the February 6th episode, the live broadcast from Ishikawa/Kanazawa City was canceled due to heavy snow.

The announcement was announced on the show’s website and scheduled to appear was former AKB48 member, Akimoto Sayaka (29).

Akimoto tweeted, “Hello everyone, I was planning to appear on NHK’s Hirubura from Kanazawa City in Ishikawa Prefecture but due to heavy snow, it was canceled.  I am sorry for everyone who was looking forward to this episode.  Due to record heavy snowfall, people of the Hokuriku region, please be careful.  I will try to go to Kanazawa again.”.
