Former Morning Musume member Tsuji Nozomi receives a special gold medal created by her 10-year-old daughter Noa

Since Tsuji Nozomi (30) graduated from Morning Musume back in 2004 and getting married to “Ultraman Cosmos” star Sugiura Taiyo in 2007, the couple have always been the focus of media.

From the couple’s shotgun marriage to Tsuji’s pregnancy, publications always featuring articles about whether or not if their relationship would last and over the years, whether or not they know how to raise their children.

Over the years, Tsuji would feature her life on her blog showing how she balances her life in the entertainment industry, while taking care of her family, from raising eldest daughter Noa (born in 2007), her son Seia (born in 2010) and her son Sora (born in 2013).  And her Instagram and Ameba blog site have been popular destinations for her fans and supporters who want to see what she and her family are doing on a daily basis.

And today on her Instagram, Tsuji posted a photo of her holding a gold medal created by her ten-year-old daughter Noa.

Noa celebrated her “One half adult ceremony” (Nibun no Ichi Seijin Shiki) at school commemorating when a child reaches the age of 10.  In Japanese culture, at the age of 20, Japanese celebrate the “Coming of Age” (Seijin no Hi) to honor young Japanese men and women for turning to an adult.

On the gold medal that Noa created for her parents, written are the words “Mama. Papa. Thank you for raising me for 10 years.”

Pleased with what her daughter created, Tsuji put in hash tags on Instagram #Thank you and #I Love you.

To celebrate the special day, Noa requested to eat at a conveyor belt (rotation) sushi (also, known as kaiten-zushi).  It happens that a new sushi station opened near the station and the four rode on their bicycles to go there and eat.  While the sushi restaurant was crowded, they were able to get seated at the counter. And afterward, the family ate pineapple for dessert.

On the way back home, the four stopped by the book shop and get “Crayon no Kuro-kun” coloring books for the children to enjoy.
