Ichikawa Miori to star in "Danganronpa 3 THE STAGE 2018 - The End of Kibōgamine Gakuen"

NMB48’s Ichikawa Miori is set to graduate from the group to pursue her dream of being an actress.

And from July to August, Ichikawa will take part in “Danganronpa 3 THE STAGE 2018 – The End of Kibōgamine Gakuen” in Osaka and Tokyo.

Joining Ichikawa are voice actor/singer/actress Iida Riho and Takewaka Motohiro.

“Danganronpa” is a popular video game franchise developed by Spike Chunsoft that has led to numerous video games and two anime series plus a manga spin-off and more.

Ichikawa will be playing the role of Towa Monaka. While Iida Riho will play the role of Asahina Aoi.

Ichikawa said of her character role, “I am really happy to be able to appear in this stage play. Monaka is a small girl whose character is always smiling. I found myself closely related to Monako because of this. And I hope my performance leaves an impression with you, so please come by and watch”.
