Sashihara Rino tweet and cancellation has fans worried

Sashihara Rino tweeted the following today:

Sashihara wrote, “Please let me rest a bit, I’m feeling little lightheaded.  sorry.”

Today is the AKB48 51st single Theatrical Edition release commemoration handshake meeting and special stage festival held at Makuhari Messe.

Sashihara posted the tweet and around 5:23 p.m., the AKB48 official blog reported that Sashihara would be unable to attend the handshake event.

Many fans at the event were wondering if Sashihara is ok?  Hoping she is not suffering from heat stroke.
