Fukada Kyoko shares photos from her upcoming photo book

Fukada Kyoko will be releasing a new photobook titled “Blue Palpitations” on September 20th.  Featuring a photo on the beach, surfing and also a video of her surfing.

いつも写真集の撮影をさせて頂く時は、どうしたら皆さんに喜んで頂けるかなと、考えて、悩んで、スタッフの皆さんと作っているので、全ての写真集に感慨はあるのですが、 20冊目という記念になる写真集を出させていただけることになり、ただただ有り難いです。大好きなハワイに行ってサーフィンをしたり、サップヨガをしたり、海に入ると、水を得た恭子になります(笑)東京では見ることのできないような、アクティブな姿を、撮って頂いたので、是非ご覧頂いて潮風や日差しを感じて頂けたら….今回は動画でも撮って頂けました🐬💕 #あぁまたすぐサーフィンしたい #この動画少し調子に乗っている私お恥ずかしいすみません #BluePalpitations #surfergirlacademy #mitoism #9/20発売 #kyokofukada

In her latest Instagram post Fukada writes:

“When I shoot a photo album, I feel that I’m willing to give anything a try.  I often worry and work closely with everyone on staff but I feel emotional on all the photo collections.

I went to my favorite place in Hawaii and surfed, Sap Yoga (Yoga in the water), when I entered the ocean, I became a Kyoko who wanted to get in the water.  I took active photos that you would never see in Tokyo, so you can see it and sense the sea breeze and sunshine.  I was also able to take a video of it.
