Kubota Love Kome Project video features five Shogakukan series and music by Kyuso Nekokami

Kubota Love Kome Project’s “Love rice, LOVE rice!”, is a project that promotes the love of rice, specifically supporting Japanese agriculture and rice technology.

A music video featuring five comedy manga series published by Shogakukan (“Afro Tanaka” series, “Urusei Yatsura”, “Karakai Jozu no Takagi-san”, “Tsurumoku dokushin yo” and “Hayate no Gotoku!” (Hayate the Combat Butler) and the music from the rock band Kyuso Nekokami are featured in the video.

And you can see how images from the popular manga series can be seen on a grain of rice.  A total of 137 grains of rice are featured in the video.
