AKS has changed its name to Vernalossom

Talent agency, AKS who manages groups such as AKB48, IZ*ONE, SKE48, HKT48 has changedits name to Vernalossom.

It was also announced that Vernalossom will withdraw from operation of the AKB48G in Japan and will create a new business.  The company will continue to manage the overseas groups such as JKT48, MNL48, DEL48, MUB48, BNK48, CGM48, SGO48, Team SH, Team TP and IZ*ONE.

The name is inspired by the words “Vernalisation” and “Blossom”.
