IZ*ONE NEW: IZ*ONE’s “FIESTA” debuts, “BLOOM*IZ” album surpasses sales records for girls group

IZ*ONE’s “FIESTA” music video, their first K-Pop music video since “Violeta” was released back on April 1, 2019.  Originally planned for a November 11, 2019 release, the comeback and release of their first full-length album was long awaited by fans worldwide.

As various stores charts have shown IZ*ONE’s “BLOOM*IZ” being successful, the question is how successful the album will do on debut day.

UPDATE: The final numbers are in on the Hanteo Charts and IZ*ONE final sales number for the first day are 183,975 copies

With six hours still remaining for the day in South Korea, this is what is known as of 6:30 p.m. KST:

The album has surpassed BLACKPINK’s “Kill This Love” first day sales of 78,725 copies.

The album also surpasses TWICE’s first week album sales record:

1) IZ*ONE “BLOOM*IZ” (2020) – 175,249 (it’s just day one for the week and still counting)

2) TWICE “Feel Special” (2019) – 154,028

3) TWICE “FANCY YOU” (2019) – 151,051

4) BLACKPINK “Kill This Love” (2019) – 146,094

5) IZ*ONE “HEART*IZ” (2019) – 132,109
