“Crayon Shin-chan” voice actor Fujiwara Keiji has passed away

Voice actor Fujiwara Keiji (55) is one of the well-known voice actors and on April 12th, Fujiwara lost his battle against cancer.

Known as the voice of Nohara Hiroshi (father) of Shinnosuke in “Crayon Shin-chan”, Fujiwara is known for numerous voices such as Aizawa Shuuichi from “Death Note”, Holland in “Eureka Seven”, Maes Hughes in the “Fullmetal Alchemist” series, Hattori Zenzo in “Gintama” and many more titles.

According to AIR AGENCY, a funeral will be held by close relatives.  The agency is asking to not send flowers as it will be declined.

Fujiwara took lave on August 2016 for medical treatment and resumed work in June 2017.
