The All Evangelion Large Vote results have been announced

The “All Evangelion: Large Vote” on May 16th on NHK BS Premium hosted by Nishikawa Takanori and NHK announcer Sugiura Yuki.

The total of the votes were 57.5% men and 42.5% women, 31.1% were under 19-years-old, 24.2% were in their 20s, 21.9% were in their 30s, 14.8% were in their 40s, 7.1 were in their 50s and 0.9% were in their 60s.

Fans can vote their favorite character, favorite dialogue, favorite Evangelion, favorite Angel.

The top 10 characters were as follows:

1. Asuka Shikinami Langley
2. Nagisa Kaworu
3. Ayanami Rei
4. Ikari Shinji
5. Katsuragi Misato
6. Makinami Mari Illustrious
7. Kamochi Ryoji
8. Pen Pen
9. Ibuki Maya
10. Ikari Gendo

Favorite dialogue was Ayanami Rei’s “……いいえ、あなたは死なないわ、私が守るもの” (….iie, Anata wa shinanai wa, Watashi ga mamoru mono”), the #1 Eva was Hatsugoki.  “第6の使徒” (Dai 6 no Shito aka Gaghiel) was voted as the #1 Angel.
