Hey! Say! JUMP member Inoo Kei has tested positive for COVID-19

Hey! Say! JUMP member Inoo Kei has tested positive for COVID-19 (novel coronavirus).

The performer felt tired on August 6th and had a slight cold but no fever.  But as Johnny’s Jimusho has been proactive to ensure the safety of their performers, staff and audience, he was given an antibody test which was negative.

As he was being observed, he was given a PCR test on August 12th and tested positive.

Currently Inoo is quarantining at home and all members of Hey! Say! JUMP including the managers were tested and each tested negative.  He had no deep contact with anyone at the office, other members of Johnny’s Jimusho or employees.

Inoo didn’t appear on Fuji TV’s “Mezamashi TV” and it was announced by Miyake Shoji that he was absent due to poor physical condition.
