=LOVE (pronounced as equal love) produced by HKT48 member, Sashihara Rino, performed at “Japan Expo 2018”, which was held on July 5-8 at the Paris-Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center.
“Japan Expo” is a general exhibition promoting Japanese culture which has been held in Paris and in San Mateo (California) since 2000.
The theme of the event is Japanese culture which includes manga, animation, idol, games, music, calligraphy, martial arts, tea ceremony, origami and more.
The event brings in over 200,000+ attendees.
=LOVE performed on July 6th and 7th and on July 6th, fans gave presents and sung “Happy Birthday” to member Saito Nagisa, who’s birthday was on that day.
The performance was the group’s second overseas performance following Taiwan.
=LOVE will be releasing their fourth single on October 17th and a commemorative event will be held at Zepp DiverCity in Tokyo on September 6th to celebrate the group’s anniversary of their debut.
