IZ*ONE’s “Nekkoya” Dance Practice Version surpasses 1.9 million views on YouTube for its first day of release

IZ*ONE’s dance version of “Nekkoya (PICK ME)” was released on VLIVE and also on YouTube and for the first day of release, the video has surpassed 1.9 million views.

The new music video now features the top 3 ranked members of “Produce48” taking part as the center.  The first verse in Korean featuring Jang Wonyoung, the second verse in Japanese featuring Miyawaki Sakura and the third verse featuring Jo Yuri.

And the majority of the comments are of well-synchronized the group is for their dance choreography.

IZ*ONE (pronounced as “Eyez One”/IZ=12 and the meaning is 12 members coming togther as ONE) features Jang Wonyoung, Miyawaki Sakura, Jo Yuri, Choi Yena, Ahn Yujin, Yabuki Nako, Kwon Eunbi, Kang Hyewon, Honda Hitomi, Kim Chaewon, Kim Minjoo and Lee Chae Yeon.

The 12 members are the finalists of Mnet’s “Produce48” which began with 48 trainees from South Korea and 48 members of Japan’s AKB48G (AKB48, SKE48, NMB48, HKT48, NGT48).

Slated to make their music debut at the end of October, it was announced that the group will be starring in a reality TV show also in October on MNET.
