Actress and former SKE48 member Matsui Rena makes her debut as a writer

Former SKE48 member and now full-time actress Matsui Rena (27) has added another title on her resume as Matsui made her debut as a writer with her short story “Nugutte mo, Nugutte mo” (Wipe it, even if you wipe it) for the literary magazine “Shousetsusubaru” (Novel Subaru) for the publication’s November issue (to be released on October 17th).

Matsui said, “It takes a lot of energy to communicate an image in people’s minds but I enjoyed recalling my childhood when I was thinking about the story and I found I found my passion of wanting to continue and write”.
