Halloween in Shibuya (which is typically the Friday/Saturday/Sunday leading up to Halloween) is supposed to be a crowded yet fun event. But so far, this year has been a bit troublesome as people partying rolled over a vehicle (with the driver escaping in time), people littering, people getting busted for groping and reported damage.
Rapper ZEEBRA took to Twitter and tweeted the following:

Zeebra wrote, “Last night in Shibuya, I was at Club Vuenos and was very happy. But it was bad outside… I don’t know if people are being affected by riots overseas but I think it’s a nuisance when there is nothing to protest. It seems that the gathering of people are going well today but please stop doing stupid things! Halloween is supposed to be for fun!”.
