Downtown’s Matsumoto Hitoshi (55) is receiving a lot of flack for his comments towards Sashihara Rino (26).
Sashihara was discussing her feeling on management’s response to the Yamaguchi Maho assault and when asked that it should be good for her to be an inbetween as managers and members, Sashihara talked about how it would be difficult as there are many singers and few managers.
Matsumoto tried to make a joke with Sashihara that she can use her body because she’s good at that. While everyone laughed, Sashihara replied “What are you saying?”.

Many people tweeted that Matsumoto Hitoshi’s words were sexual harassment and how wrong he was of saying that.
Nakano Kyoka wrote criticized Matsumoto in her article.
Announcer Kojima Keiko was very upset and tweeted about it:
