Tanimura Nana shows us her yoga, netizens are amazed

Singer and yoga expert Tanimura Nana posted an image of her doing yoga and many have commented of how great she looks!

Tanimura has focused on a healthy lifestyle via holistic nutrition (she is a nutrition counselor) and shows her lifestyle to people on Instagram and LINE Blog.

As for the Instragram photo she recently posted, Tanimura writes:

Recently, I feel that I have not been able to connect my mind and body well. Then my head feels impatient and my instincts stop working. Oh, the feeling when I woke up! LOL. It is Yin Yoga and Yang Yoga and the pelvis comes to the heart in yoga.

In daily life, when the stomach is always under pressure, the pelvis is titled backward. The stomach is the organ responsible for frear and anxiety, so the physical condition of the body naturally affects one’s mental state.

People who tend to lean back and have long desk work, try putting a blanket under your butt (the tailbone must be touching the chair).

I feel comfortable with my stomach stretched.

“It was a fine day” said the yoga teacher today, as I did the reverse asana (pose). This reverse is called the battle with one’s ego.

If you practice reverse asana, you will be obsessed with the perfect form.
