Former AKB48 member Nishino Miki said 80% AKB48 fans who attend handshake events are DT (virgins)

Former AKB48 member Nishino Miki appeared on the AbemaTV youth variety program “DT TV” (every Friday at 11:00 p.m.) on June 14th.

And Nishino, who has been the voice of saying not nice things about AKB48 fans, from how they should spend their money on fixing their teeth instead of buying so many CD’s and how AKB48 fans smell like pencils.

In the program, Nishino was asked how she feels about AKB48 DT (Dotei = virgin).  Nishino said, “80% of the fans who come to an AKB48 handshake event are 80% DT”.

When asked about the characteristics of these DT, Nishino said that people who are DT have a habit of breathing and their screams are terrible.

Needless to say, Nishino received criticism (again) for her comments and people commented on SNS that she shouldn’t talk bad about fans.
