YOSHIKI comments on Instagram in regards his scarf hitting Queen Elizabeth II’s face

It was an image that was distributed throughout major news sites yesterday of a gust of wind sending X Japan’s YOSHIKI’s scarf towards the face of Queen Elizabeth II and “The X-Files” actress Gillian Anderson’s reaction.

While the news reported about it, the gust of wind and the scarf….those things happen.  If anything, we were more amused by Gillian Anderson’s reaction.
