NGT48’s Murakumo Fuka announced that she is graduating

NGT48 member Murakumo Fuka, who is known for being one of the three who stood beside Yamaguchi Maho (but chose to not graduate with the three at the same time), has announced that she is graduating from the group.

Due to the NGT48 SNS ban, to announce the graduation and post the message, Murakumo ended up editing her last Twitter post made back on April 22nd to post her announcement.

Murakumo wrote, “I decided to graduate after discussing with my parents after last year and explained the circumstances with the manager at the end of February.  I will be leaving the entertainment world at the same time I graduate from NGT48 and move on to a new dream”.

Unlike Yamaguchi Maho, Hasegawa Rena and Sugahara Riko who chose to stay in entertainment, Murakumo is leaving the entertainment industry.  The statement also revealed that Murakumo was actually going to graduate before the others.

Murakumo continued to write, “I think there are a lot of things that need to be changed in the current NGT48.  I understood in the past several months that it’s not easy for the group to change.  I would like to do my best with the activities that will lead to the future of NGT48 until my graduation day, with the important NGT48 members still here, so that each can grow”.

Murakumo’s graduation performance will be held at the end of August.

People on SNS showed their support for Murakumo.

I think today was a difficult day for Murakumo-san.  But I believe in her strength that it will make her dreams come true.  Keep doing a good job and I will continue to support you.

I imagine that the decision to stay was  to help change NGT48, but I do support your decision Mofu-chan.

You don’t have to apologize.  I hope the situation changes with the remaining members.

I will support Mofu-chan, who made the courageous decision to stay with the group.

Murakumo-san, don’t apologize! You are not bad at all.  You were close to Maho-chan, all I know is that your judgment is not wrong, I think that the minds are connected to each other, even when it happens this way.

Thank you for your post.  Mofu was always happy to show her courageous attitude. I will always support Mofu from now on!
