NGT48 performs at TOKYO IDOL FESTIVAL (TIF) 2019

NGT48 performed at the Tokyo IDOL FESTIVAL (TIF) 2019 in Odaiba on August 3rd.

The performance was the group’s first since earlier January this year.

All 34 members gathered on stage and shed tears. Center Ogino Yuka told the audience, “We asked the staff if they can have a stage with all 34 people and we thank them for setting this up. We would like to express our sincere appreciation. Thank you to everyone at TIF who has supported us. We want to have a performance that everyone in Niigata who has been supporting us before our debut can accept and our fans will be happy for believing and waiting for us”.

All 34 members bowed and the audience gave the group a thundering applause. Around 4,000 fans gathered at the outdoor stage.

Ogino said, “I was worried about how many people would show up today but I thank so many of you for gathering”.
