Fans of “Hataraku Saibou” (Cells at Work) will be happy that Matsuya Ginza has announced that they are hosting an original exhibit on October 9th through the 22nd (on the 8th floor event square). An Aichi venue exhibition is also being planned.
“Hataraku Saibou” is a manga series by mangaka, Shimizu Akane (and also an anime series) and is about the human body’s 37.2 trillion anthropomorphic cells and the struggle to remove and resist against pathogenic cells such as germs and bacteria from invading the body.
A red blood cell named AE3803 is busy transporting goods such as oxygen and nutrients, while her ruthless white blood cell friend, who is part of the immune system, U-1146, patrols the blood vessels and destroys the threats.
The original exhibition will feature 150 items such as original color illustrations and more. The venue will sell items unique to the original exhibition and also pre-sale goods.
