The visual for AKB48’s stage presentation of “Jinginaki Tatakai ~Kanojo (onna)-tachi no shito-hen~” was released.

The story is inspired by the popular non-fiction novel “Jingi Tatakai” by Iiboshi Koichi, which was made into a film back in 1973 and became a huge hit.  The original film was ranked #8 as “All Time Best 100 Japanese Movies” in the 1999 Kinema Shunpo Magazine.

Featured on the poster are AKB48’s Yokoyama Yui, Okada Nana, HKT48’s Tanaka Miku, NMB48’s Shiroma Miru, STU48’s Takino Yumiko and NGT48’s Homma Hinata.

Yokoyama Yui (26) said, “This is the first time for me to play a male role”.  While Okada Nana said, “It is the first time for me to be dressed like this and this is the first time I have a gun”.
