Ikeda Eliza posted on Instagram in regards to losing a friend, netizens believe it to be Miura Haruma

On Instagram, Ikeda Eliza posted an image of flowers and a message of losing her senior friend (which many believe to be Miura Haruma).

Ikeda writes, “That person, whose acting is so bright as always, may be the one who was lost in the midst of sadness.  No one really knows.  No one knows how many wounds he had when he was alive”.

Ikeda also writes, “It doesn’t mean that you are happy, just because you look happy.  People have a habit of seeing the world and people like themselves.  It’s not something that can be helped.  I believe it can be done somehow”.

Ikeda starred in the 2018 special “Tourist” along with Miura Haruma.

先輩を、友達を亡くしました。 いつも通り明るく振舞っているあの人もあの人も、友達を亡くし、悲しみの真っ只中にいる人間かもれしれません。 誰も本当のところはわかりません。 どれだけの傷を抱えて生きているかなんて、誰にもわかりません。受け止めることができなくて、言葉なんて見つからなくて、いつも通り生きないと置いてけぼりになるようで、歩みを進めているだけかもしれません。 幸せそうにみえるから幸せとは限りません。 人は自分のみたいように世の中を、人を、みる癖があります。 それはどうしようもないことではありません。 どうにかできることだと私は信じます。 ただ、私は、今は、ここでは、いつも通り振る舞うことにします。どう振る舞えばみんなに心配をかけずに済むのか、正解はわからないけれど、そうさせてください。
