Actor Kuroba Mario tested positive for COVID-19

Kuroba Mario (27) tested positive for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) according to his agency which released a statement on November 13th.

On November 12th, Kuroba was in poor physical condition and a PCR test was conducted, in which the results were positive.

On November 5th, Kuroba may have been in close contact with someone who was infected and immediately got a test the day after which was negative. A second test was conducted on November 8th and he received a negative test result.

But on November 12th, as Kuroba’s physical condition worsened, another test was performed and the result was positive.

His agency also said they apologize for causing a great deal of inconvenience to those who are involved in work featuring Kuroba, including co-stars and his fans who support him.  The agency will implement infection prevention measures with the highest priority given to ensuring the safety of the talent, employees and related parties.
