Unabara Haruka・Kanata comedians test positive for COVID-19

Comedians Unabara Haruka・Kanata have tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

Kanata (73) tested positive on November 20th and because he was in close contact with his comedy partner, Haruka (72) took a PCR test on November 23rd and on the 24th, he was confirmed positive.

Currently, Haruka has no fever and is asymptomatic.  For now, he plants to stay at home and receive medical treatment at a hotel in Osaka City designated by the public health center.  Kanata on the other hand has lost his ability to taste and smell and is undergoing medical treatment at a hotel in Osaka prefecture.
