NGT48 will be releasing their sixth single “Awesome” on June 23rd

NGT48, a sister group of AKB48 based in Niigata, will be releasing their sixth single titled “Awesome” on June 23rd.

Ogoe Haruka is featured as the center and the song will be performed at Japan’s largest dance festival “Niigata Soo Odori” which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year.

Coupling songs include “Kakato o Narase!”, which will be a cheering song for the B League Professional Basketball Team, Niigata Albirex BB.  The center will be Morohoshi Hinata.

The regular edition Type B will feature a recording of “Ramen Wonderland” handled by the members of the NGT48 Ramen Club led by Nakamura Ayuka.  The song will be used as the theme song for “Aa! NGT48 Ramen-bu” (Oh! NGT48 Ramen Club) which broadcasts on TeNY TV Niigata every Thursday at 1:29 a.m.

For the Regular Edition Type A and the Niigata Edition will feature a unit produced by Nakai Rika.  The unit will be unveiled on LINE LIVE at 20:00 on May 31st.
