Actress Maeda Atsuko (30) held her first photo essay “Akegata no Sora” (Dawn Sky) in Tokyo on October 13th. The title of the photo essay is by longtime AKB48 producer, Akimoto Yasushi.
At the event, Maeda talked about her family, pregnancy, childbirth and the paparazzi.
When asked about her relationship with ex-husband Katsuji Ryo, Maeda said, “During the timing of holidays, the three of us (including her child) will go out and eat rice”.
Maeda said that Katsuji Ryo is like a good friend and both have a good relationship..
Maeda said, “Since we became a family, I think he’ll always be an important person. My child will say he wants to see his dad”.
When asked about the possibility of remarriage, Maeda said, “That’s interesting (laughing). I don’t know what life will be in the future, so I don’t say anything”.
As for her decision to leave her management and become independent, Maeda said, “I was asked by Akimoto-san to try it alone, so I wanted to take a step just like when I graduated”.
