KANJANI8’s Okura Tadayoshi (36) will be suspending activities due to poor physical condition.
Okura is suffering from “right low-tone sensorineural deafness and bilateral tinnitus”. Okura told fan club members, “I noticed that my ears were so crazy that I couldn’t concentrate on my work. When I went to the hospital, stress was the cause”.
Okura began to have tinnitus symptoms about a year and a half ago. He has had symptoms for awhile, so he went to the hospital regularly to see what he can do, but this month his symptoms worsened. He visited the hospital and was diagnosed with “right low-tone sensorineural deafness and bilateral tinnitus.”
His main symptoms are low-pitched sounds and tinnitus (continued ringing in the ears). He was instructed by a doctor to take a rest for a certain period of time because conditions may get worse if he had repeated recurrences, and the office confirmed his intention.
