Voice actress Takahashi Rie tested positive for COVID-19

“Mahotsukai Purikyua” (Witch PreCure!) voice actress Takahashi Rie has tested positive for the novel coronavirus according to her agency.

According to her agency, she had close contact with someone who tested positive on July 19th and took a PCR test but it was negative. But on July 21st, she had a slight fever and took the PCR test again and it was positive.

Takahashi tweeted her apology for the inconvenience and she said she will do her best to recuperate for a complete return.
