Kitahara Rie announced on X that she is pregnant with her first child

Former AKB48 member Kitahara Rie took to social media to announce that she is pregnant.

Kitahara wrote, “I apologize for the inconvenience. I am pregnant with my first chiold. The birth is scheduled for the end of the year. I am now in a stable period and I feel happy with my belly that is getting bigger day by day and my baby’s movements that are starting to be noticed little by little.”

“As for my work, I will continue to work to the best of my ability. Until the day my family grows, I hope I can take care of my body and live peacefully. My husband and I are really looking forward to that day. Thank you for your continued support”.
