Popular gravure idol Amaki Jun (29), who boasts a 95cm bust and I-cup, updated her Twitter account on the 1st. She announced her retirement as a gravure idol.

“As of today, April 1st, Amaki Jun will retire as a gravure idol. I entered the entertainment industry at the age of 17 and started my activities as a national underground idol. From the age of 18, I have continued to run as a gravure idol using my miraculous two-dimensional body as a weapon! This is my last year in my 20s. I have faced my life from my heart and decided to retire from gravure modeling. Thank you to everyone involved for creating a place where I could shine! I also hope that everyone who has supported me until today will be sad to see me go. I will continue to work as usual with all my heart and soul!! I hope that you will love me no matter what kind of Amaki Jun I am… I love you all, heart.”

She ended her post with the message, “*Apologies for any confusion on April Fool’s Day,” and the hashtags ” #AmakiJunRetiresFromGravureModeling ” and ” #ThankYou.”

In response to Amaki’s announcement that she is retiring as a gravure idol, people commented, “Jun-chan, it ‘s April Fool’s Day , right?”, “It would have been better if you’d announced it on the 31st so there wouldn’t have been any confusion. We look forward to your future endeavors, and if you have a good connection, that’s fine too. We wish Jun-chan happiness,” and “Thank you for all your hard work as a gravure model. Thank you for all the wonderful work. We’re sad to see you retire, but please do your best for the next step”.
