Yamamoto Sayaka (25) announced on the first day of the NMB48 nationwide tour “NMB48 LIVE TOUR 2018 in Summer” held at Nakano Sun Plaza on July 30th. The date of graduation will be announced at a later date.
Yamamoto is the leader of NMB48 and serves as the captain of Team N.
Known by her fans as “Sayanee”, she participated for the first auditions of NMB48 and was selected along with 15 other members and debuted in 2011.
Yamamoto along with former Watanabe “Milky” Miyuki were the first NMB48 members to participate with AKB48 for the single “Everyday, Katyusha” in 2011.
In 2016, she released her first solo album “Rainbow” and followed up with a second solo album in 2017 titled “identity”.
