Hirahara Ayaka to release “Dear Music – 15th Anniversary Album -” and concert DVD on May 9th

Back in December 2003, Hirahara Ayaka debuted with her single “Jupiter”.  15 years later and Hirahara Ayaka will be releasing a 15th anniversary album titled “Dear Music – 15th Anniversary Album”.

Included on the album is a new song titlted “Smile Song” which was written by Hirahara and composition by Ikimono-gakari’s Mizuno Yoshiki and arrangement by Kameda Seiji.

The album will also include jazz and classic covers and will be released on May 9th

Also, to be released on May 9th is Hirahara’s concert DVD “CONCERT TOUR 2017 ~LOVE 2~ at Bunkamura ORCHARD HALL”.

Hirahara commented on her 15th anniversary, “Compared to the time when I debuted at 19-years-old with “Jupiter”, I felt that matured year after year.  Because I have been singing year after year, I feel that with every year, I am thankful to be performing musically and I feel thankful to the great people I have worked with.”

About her new song “Future”, “I think that love symbolizes a future for me.  I wrote about love as a theme, while listening to the melody by Mizuno Yoshiki, the song became a live and the power of the lyrics makes it an amazing song.  Kameda Seiji’s arrangement is wonderful and I think that the “Future” of Hirahara Ayaka was expressed through this one song”.
