V6’s Miyake Ken and Tackey & Tsubasa’s Takizawa Hideaki form a new unit, KEN☆Tackey

On April 5th, it was announced that V6’s Miyake Ken and Tackey & Tsubasa’s Takizawa Hideaki will form a new unit, KEN☆Tackey.

With a new CD coming out in this summer, a stage performance titled “Takizawa Kabuki 2018” was also announced.  The stage performance will be performed at Shinbashi Enbjo in Tokyo from April 5th through May 13th and at Aichi and Misono-za (Nagoya) in June.

“Takizawa Kabuki” is now in it’s 13th year and Takizawa serves as the chairman.  The stage performance incorporates flight, illusion and action.

In 2015, the stage performance went overseas and was performed in Singapore and in 2017, 600 performances were completed.  Back in 2016, Miyake Ken appeared in “Takizawa Kabuki” and he is starring in this year’s performance.

The duo also announced their song “Gyakuten Lovers” (Reversal Lovers).
