Former V6 member Miyake Ken posts one last blog message to his fans before leaving Johnny's

Former V6 member Miyake Ken (43), who left Johnny’s Jimusho on May 2nd, wrote a comment on the membership site “Johnny’s Web”.

His final blog post was for his fans, “I will bring sweets from my favorite Japanese confectionery shop in Kyoto as a souvenir. (laughs). Finally, I love you all forever. Don’t cry all the time, have a nice day. Bye-bye”.

According to an interview with Sponichi Annex, he informed his office of his intention to leave in mid-November last year. He spoke with the office and came to the conclusion of his departure. Miyake explained his decision, saying, “I want to meet a new me, and go to the next stage where I will challenge various things from scratch.”

Regarding the future, he clearly stated that he would continue to stand on the front stage, saying, “I will need some time to recharge my batteries. I promise that the day will come when I will be able to meet my fans.”

He is expected to focus on live performances and stage performances based on the personal office he has established.
