Miura Daichi’s upcoming single was written by Kimura Takuya/Kudo Shizuka’s daughter/model/songwriter, Koki

It was revealed that Miura Daichi’s upcoming single “Katasumi” (rel. June 12th) was written by Koki, the model and also the second daughter of Kimura Takuya and Kudo Shizuka.

Both daughters of Kimura and Kudo are exceptional when it comes to music and Koki has even written songs for her mother.

The song will be used as the theme song for the NTV drama “Hakui no Senshi!”.

Koki said, “This song was written in a high voice with the hopes of it being able to be sung by a talented artist, so I’m really glad to hear it sung by Miura Daichi”.

Miura said, “I am very happy to put my breath into the song, so I am very pleased with it”.

“I felt that the melody is beautiful, delicate, deep emotionally and had a great feeling of love when listening to this music for the very first time.  Koki, she got it straight to the core.  It was wonderful and I was very happy to make music together with her for this time”.
