Kudo Shizuka sounds off on dog owners who don’t pick their dogs poop up

Kudo Shizuka posted an Instagram video with her dogs walking around during the snow in Tokyo. But she also had a message for dog owners who don’t pick their dog’s poop up.

Kudo wrote, “Ah! ️ Recently, I often see dog pooh left as is. There are big dogs and small dogs in front of my house, and I don’t understand how an owner can leave it as is. I’m a dog lover, but I still don’t want to clean the other dog’s Poo 😊 I want the owner to take responsibility for taking home his dog’s Poo.
