Iwata Takanori of Sandaime J Soul Brothers and EXILE and actress Toda Erika will be starring together in a NTV drama titled “Gakeppuchi Hotel!” which will begin in April.
The drama is a comedy about a hotel near bankruptcy and has a high debt of Y300 million. Iwata plays the character of Naoya, a mysterious guest to the hotel, while Toda plays the role Sakurai Sana, a nove general manager of the hotel.
The hotel has zero staff,
The drama is Iwata’s first major drama role, while for Toda, this would be her first NTV drama in 12 years.
