Wada Ayaka (23), leader of Hello! Project idol group ANGERME (formerly known as S/mileage) announced on her blog on April 5th that she will be graduating from ANGERME and Hello! Project with the 2019 tour scheduled for next spring (the group’s 10th year anniversary).
The graduation was confirmed by Hello! Project.
Back in 2009, the group was formed by TSUNKU, the following year, S/mileage received the award for “Best New Artist” at the Japan Record Award.
The group was renamed from s/mileage to ANGERME back in December 2014.
