Keyakizaka46’s Shida Manaka to temporarily halt any group activity due to poor physical condition, Harada Aoi for academic activities

It was announced on the official Keyakizaka46 website that Shida Manaka (19) will temporarily halt any group activity due to poor physical condition and Harada Aoi (17) for academic activities.

Manaka wrote on her Keyakizaka46 blog:

It was announced on the official site earlier that I am going to take a few days off from Keyakizaka46 activities.

I apologize for worrying a lot of people and I sincerely thank you for worrying.

Since February, my physical condition has weakened and it is common for people to take a short break little by little.

I went to the hospital and as a result after talking with staff that I needed to rest and will be unable to perform any activities for Keyakizaka46.

On New Year’s Eve, at the end of their performance for “Kouhaku Uta Gassen”, Shida, along with Hirata Yurina (16) and Suzumuto Miyu (20) collapsed.

Shida recovered, but her physical condition had weakened once again and this time having to seek medical attention.
