May J. has a new shorter hairstyle

With May J. turning 30 on June 20th, the singer wants to take on new challenges and her first step is cutting the long hair that she is known for.

A new photo for May J.’s up coming cover album tentatively titled “Cinema Song Covers” will be released in July and the pop star shows off her shorter hairstyle.

Comments for May J.’s new hairstyle were positive: “Wonderful hairstyle! Dignified and cool!”, “It’s really cute!”, “Mecha mecha sexy!”.

May J. wrote, “I am very happy to have received a lot of positive reactions and I am relieved.  I actually wanted to cut my hair with scissors on the day of the photoshoot.  But I may cut it too short and I could have failed! I am pretty impatient (lol).  I’m looking forawrd to my performance at “Fantasy on  Ice 2018″ as I have not had my new hairstyle all that long.  And with the national tour starting in July, I could now sing in a different atmosphere!”.
