SPYAIR to perform in the Americas for the first time for their first ever world tour

Providing theme songs to numerous renowned animes such as Gintama, Haikyu!!, BLEACH, and the Gundam series, SPYAIR has garnered over 15,000 fans in Nippon Budokan and summer single-band shows annually. The widely popular band has announced their first ever world tour. They have performed numerous times in Asia/Europe, but this is the band’s first time in the

Americas. It is a dream come true for SPYAIR, as they have been continuously inspired by various

American rock bands such as LINKIN PARK, KORN, and Nickelback since their youth.

The tour will start off at Atlanta’s “Anime Weekend Atlanta”; SPYAIR’s concert will be held the final day of the event, on Sunday, September 23rd. At the five following events, SPYAIR will invite their musical ally, ROOKiEZ is PUNK’D from Japan as a tour guest of their headlining tour. Anime theme songs that became highly popular in Japan such as “Samurai Heart (Some Like It Hot!!)” and “Genjō Destruction” from Gintama, “Imagination” from Haikyu!!, the Gundam collaboration “RAGE OF DUST”, and more will be blasted in the US for the first time ever.

SPYAIR is a four-piece rock band from the Aichi prefecture of Japan who has made global success with IKE’s astonishing vocals, UZ/MOMIKEN created catchy rock sounds, and KENTA’s wild drumming. ROOKiEZ is PUNK’D who will be touring with them in the Americas, debuted around the same time as SPYAIR and has become highly popular. They have also provided theme songs to numerous animes. The two bands have known each other since they were still indie bands.

The world tour will be stopping by the Americas and Europe; the tour will be a highly rare occasion of these two popular bands touring together.

After touring around the US, the bands will stop by Mexico and South America. Later, they will make stops in Europe, where they have already gained major success. Afterward, they will perform around Asia and finish their tour in their home country, Japan. (ROOKiEZ is PUNK’D will be touring together during the Americas-Europe leg of the tour.)

Don’t miss this chance to experience this rock band live as you might be able to witness the

band’s undisclosed aspects that they haven’t even shown in Japan.
