Nishikawa Takanori, originally from the Shiga Prefecture and also an ambassador to tourism in the area dreamed of wanting a music festival in his hometown and the result is the “Inazuma Rock Festival 2018” which celebrated it’s 10th year anniversary this past weekend.
Unfortunately, a female staff member who was cleaning from the roof area fell 32-feet (10 meters high) and was reported by media as being seriously injured.

Nishikawa Takanori posted on Twitter:
“I am sorry that this is coming out late, but I think some of you know through news reports that there was an accident at the venue after the performances on the 23rd. I apologize for worrying people.
Nishikawa went on to say:
“The reports from the press was incorrect, the staff member was slightly injured and the results from her exam was good. The staff member is recovering and promised to work harder than ever. I will take what happened seriously and to everyone involved, including staff, in charge of safety management, we will continue to make events that can be enjoyed with peace in mind for everyone, so please join us”.
