Terrace House: Opening New Doors Episode 36 (Spoiler alert) – Yui & Kaito, new energy and more!

With the latest episode of “Terrace House: Opening New Doors”, the addition of the three new housemates last episode has no doubt given viewers a new vibe and energy going in with this new cast.

Yes, it’s a more younger, adventurous cast and perhaps it’s a good thing as we have seen new housemates on previous “Terrace House” series kind of dragged things on and the chemistry just didn’t feel all that right.

But with the infusion of young faces, things are off to a cool start and almost seems like a different “Terrace House”.

Let’s check out the trailer for episode 36!

With episode 36, we start to see a positive change with Tanaka Yui who saw a different side of herself in episode 35 and changed to a more positive person.

And this time, we got to see her with pro skateboarder Nakata Kaito hanging out and her learning on how to ride a skateboard.

We also get to see Ikezoe Shunsuke and Kono Sota hanging out.  And it’ll be interesting to see if Shunsuke will find out if he’s more attracted to men and women but hanging out with a group around his age range does help.

We are seeing Matarai Aya and Kisanuki Maya getting closer as friends.  Actually all three ladies are getting along very well!

So far, what we can see on the show and also on social media, this group has great chemistry and are really gelling with each other!

If anything, episode 36 was more about the new friendships developing in the Terrace House.  The only person that I wonder if he will actually open up and be free with the other five is Sota.  Still a lot of unknowns but quite a bit of story to tell and we’ll see how things progress with Sota.

But as for the others, looks like things are looking good and no signs of any conflict…yet!
