SKE48’s Matsui Jurina’s first interview since her return back to the entertainment industry

SKE48’s Matsui Jurina did her first interview since her return after a two month hiatus in which the idol singer needed rest due to poor physical condition (after collapsing on stage the night of the General Election).

In the latest issue of “FLASH”, Matsui Jurina discussed feeling bad for her fellow members but also the fans, that she had to to go on leave.

When asked if there was any changes from Matsui from when she was on leave to now, she said that during that period of rest, she gained 5 kilos (11 pounds), but she will work to lose it.

Many people are saying she looks better now and fits perfectly for her gravure photoshoot, but as an idol who dances, she will lose the weight and wants to maintain a proper diet.

Matsui said that her cooking skills also have improved.  She had more opportunities to cook alongside her mother, so she has improved.

But while she feels she is still not yet in the best shape, she wants to evolve and continue her path as the queen (Matsui Jurina was crowned as the AKB48 10th Sekai Senbatsu Sousenkyo Queen back in June and is determined to retaining her crown in 2019).
