The JR East (Japan Railways East) Niigata branch office will be discussing whether or not to renew their contract with NGT48 due to a series of complaints they have received.
While the contact deadline is at the end of March, the JR East Niigata branch office announced that they will be removing NGT48 campaign posters used for event advertisements hosted by the company in the station and will stop posting any digital signs beginning on April 1st.
But at a press conference, JR East Niigata said at this time, they are not considering contract renewal at this time.
