CoroCoro Comic (Shogakukan) readers voted their #1 game for the Nintendo Switch on the online website.
The publication has been one of the goto comic magazines for elementary school kids and known for featuring stories such as “Doraemon” and “Pokemon”.
And the results are in!
The #5 game is tied between “Minecraft” and “Futari de! Nyanko Daisensou”. The #4 game is another tie between “Fortnite” and “Pokemon”. “The #3 game of CoroCoro readers is “Splatoon” which many gamers compete in various tournaments. The #2 game of CoroCoro readers is…. “Mario” (and most are looking forward to “Super Mario Maker 2” which will be released in Japan on June 28, 2019). But the #1 game is “Super Smash Bros. Special” released back in December.
It was learned through the poll that 56% of CoroCoro readers own a Nintendo Switch.
Another poll question was “What are you and your friends passionate about now?” and #1 was TV video
games. #2 was Trading Card Game and #3 was soccer.
