Yu ☆ Yu ☆ Hakusho stage version is announced

“Yu Yu Hakusho: Ghost Files” marks the final volume of the anime series and one more last tournament to see Yusuke and friends in battle in another action-packed fourth season on Blu-ray!

Before there was “Bleach”, there was “Yu Yu Hakusho”, a popular manga series from 1990-1994 and a TV anime series form 1992-1995 written and illustrated by Togashi Yoshihiro.

And now it was announced that Togashi’s “Yu Yu Hakusho” will be featured on stage for the very first time.

“Touken Ranbu” musical star Sakiyama Tsubasa was cast as Urameshi Yusuke.  Also announced was information that the stage will be taking part in four cities: Tokyo (August 28-September 2), Osaka (September 4-8), Fukuoka (September 10-12) and Aichi (September 20-22). Also, pre-ordering of tickets begins on May 11th.

The stage is to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the anime series and a key visual was released.
